Rich Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Bittersweet chocolate
  • 6 oz Semisweet chocolate
  • 1 c Heavy cream
  • 1/2 c Coffee
  • 1 tb Cognac

Instructions:


Melt everything over a double boiler.
