Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 Stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 cn Evaporated milk
  • 3 1/2 T Cocoa

Instructions:


Mix sugar, cocoa and margarine. Stir well. Add eggs and beat with
electric mixer for 2 1/2 minutes. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour
into unbaked Deep Dish pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 325.
