CHINESE RAINDROP SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 6 thinly sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 tbsp. sherry
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 3/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken

Instructions:
