Ingredients:
- 6 thinly sliced water chestnuts
- 2 thinly sliced scallions
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- Salt & pepper
- 3 3/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in pan to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Add sherry and season to taste. Largo, Florida
