Ingredients:
- 5 med. potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) jar dried beef (cut beef into sm. pieces)
- 3 c. milk
Instructions:
Cook potatoes in 2 1/2 cups boiling water until tender. Break up potatoes, slightly with a fork. Melt margarine in a
saucepan. Add onion and cook until brown. Add beef. Cook and stir until beef curls. Add flour, mix well. Add milk
all at once and stir until thickened. Add potatoes. Reheat.
