BAKED POTATO SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. celery
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Instructions:

In medium saucepan, heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk just to boiling. Stir in potato puffs

(dry), continue cooking until smooth. Stir constantly garnish with cheese, bacon, sour cream, chives, paprika and

parsley.
