TOMATO SOUP 4

Ingredients:

  • 14 qts. tomatoes
  • 7 med. onions
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 3 tbsp. parsley
Combine and cook until celery and onions are tender. Run through food mill. Add: 4 tbsp. salt
  • 8 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
Cook for 15 minutes. Add: 14 tbsp. melted butter
  • 14 tbsp. flour

Instructions:

Add to soup. Pour into prepared jars and process for 30 minutes.
